As a Hungarian family business, we have been passionately crafting our kitchens and bespoke furniture since 1993, where tradition meets modern design and technology.

Today, Cliff Kitchens manufactures its furniture in a modern 2,000 m² production hall in Pereszteg, at the Széchenyi industrial park, where CNC machining, automated surface treatment, and traditional hand craftsmanship together create the perfect result.

Painting, mechanical processing, and assembly are all the work of master carpenters, because we believe that quality lies in the details.

Our Story

The story of Cliff began in 1993, when András Stubenvoll and his wife, Sára, both wood industry engineers, founded their own furniture manufacturing workshop. The then three-person business was built on quality, expertise, and reliability – values that still form the foundation of every decision we make today.

As the company grew, kitchen design became our passion, and the perfect balance of bespoke design, functionality, and aesthetics became our hallmark.

How are Cliff kitchen furniture made?

The once small-scale enterprise now operates from a 2,000 m² production hall in Pereszteg, Western Hungary, where kitchen furniture is produced on a 21st-century manufacturing line with the latest technology alongside the expert hands of master carpenters.

Thanks to continuous development, you can choose from a wide range of classic, modern, and vintage style kitchens. When designing kitchen furniture, we strive to use the highest quality fittings, hinges, countertops, and premium products from various kitchen appliance manufacturers.

During the design process, we follow the latest trends and adapt our manufacturing technology accordingly. Design is done in 3D – on the visualisations, we can show you what the kitchen will look like before it is even built.

In the manufacture of Cliff kitchen furniture, technology and handcraft work side by side. Kitchen furniture and fronts are 100% produced in our factory, supported by custom milling machines, CNC machining centres, and automated surface treatment systems.

Painting and lacquering are still done in the paint workshop using traditional methods – priming, sanding – combined with the most modern lacquering technology. Master carpenters and dedicated, quality-conscious colleagues assemble our furniture with the highest professional expertise, because we know that every little thing, every detail matters.

In 2022, we celebrated the 30th anniversary of Cliff Kitchens, and it was a truly special milestone for us. Over the past three decades, we have fitted out the kitchens of numerous Hungarian homes, while continuously developing our commitment to design, functionality, and quality.

To mark the anniversary, we launched a nationwide Road Show, presenting our new vintage-style kitchens in Budapest and five regional cities. The models displayed in shopping centres bear the hallmarks of the English style, which lend exactly the refinement and timelessness to these kitchens that we love so much.
